Video Production Studio Long Island

Large studio to meet growing demand for video marketing and production services

February 11, 2019- Edgewood, NY – Greg Demetriou, CEO of Lorraine Gregory Communications, announced the opening of LG Studios at its corporate headquarters in Edgewood, NY, to further expand on the firm’s integrated marketing services. With a full service professional video production studio, LGC now offers its growing client base even more extensive marketing and branding solutions.

The production facility boasts two studios: Studio A showcases a green screen room and Studio B is a 3,500 square foot open space with expansive 24-foot ceilings, a dedicated makeup, hair and wardrobe room, production offices, green room and community room. Other production benefits include a loading dock, industrial ramp, ample electricity and on-site parking. The studio is ideal for TV program production, commercials and media training.

“The world of marketing has changed; today every business and not-for-profit must incorporate video marketing as part of their branding and storytelling strategies. This studio and our team provide a complete solution from video concept development and pre-production to professional video shoots and post-production,” said Demetriou.

Donna Drake, CEO of Drake Media Network, will assist productions by coordinating the use of the space opening the opportunity for other content producers and agencies to rent. Drake states: “It’s just the right size for commercials, TV series and even film production.”

The build out was completed with the advice of Drake Media Network in partnership with Ken Bogardt of Mirrorland Productions and with several other industry professionals. Bogardt adds: “We are looking forward to producing The Donna Drake Show and other network shows at the new facility. The size of Studio B fills the demand for medium sized space for many productions helping crews avoid the drive to NYC.”

The studio will also be the home of “Ask A CEO,” an interview show hosted by Lorraine Gregory Communications CEO Greg Demetriou.

Demetriou says: “The addition of Studio B to the existing green screen environment of Studio A puts the finishing touch on making LG Studios a unique and versatile video production facility. In addition, it’s a bonus to have the Deer Park Long Island Railroad Station right around the corner and we’re just 12 miles from the airport.”

Bill Corbett, President of Corbett Public Relations, a strategic partner of Lorraine Gregory Communications and Drake Media, will also be utilizing both studios for video content creation for clients and media training. “These studios give Long Island businesses access to a facility and team that will allow them to achieve their marketing, branding and business growth goals. In a few weeks I will be hosting my first media training program,” Corbett said.

An official grand opening is being planned for March.
