Marketing Coordinator

Lorraine Gregory Communications, an award-winning, full-service integrated marketing agency with three core business functions (agency, studio, and print production), is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the brand across multiple business functions, including Ad Sales Marketing, Social Media Management, Corporate Communications, Project Management, and Event Marketing.

As an integral part of the Sales & Marketing team you will work directly with the Marketing Director to deliver against the marketing plan and achieve company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Create effective marketing collateral and communication touchpoints
  • Assist in the development of customized client proposals
  • Grow social media presence including:
    • Collaborate with internal teams to aggregate content
    • Develop and maintain a robust content strategy and social media calendar
    • Source, create, and distribute relevant, timely content
    • Identify opportunities to extend social reach, drive engagement, and grow awareness
    • Ability to manage content creation and posting for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
    • Report on analytics (engagement, impressions) and develop optimization strategies
  • Enrich client experience and foster repeat business through seamless project management
  • Assist in the ideation, architecture, and facilitation of client and company events
  • Help coordinate and manage the overall marketing calendar
  • Assist the CEO and Chief Growth Officer on sales development opportunities as needed
  • Take ownership of special projects

Requirements:

  • Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Experience with popular social media platforms
  • Work well collaboratively and independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize work
  • A self-starter that has the desire to learn and grow
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field
  • Commitment to excellence
  • Solid work ethic, great attitude, and an eye for design

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, and Hootsuite
  • Working skills in photography and photo/video editing for social media use
  • Experience working with Constant Contact
