St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters “Women of Valor” Awards Tea serves as one of the NYC nonprofit’s cornerstone fundraising events, annually honoring volunteers while serving as one of the charities largest fundraisers. The objective of this year’s event was to ensure the impact of the even struck a deep emotional chord with attendees, ensuring that critical funding remained invigorated and volunteerism enthusiastic.

Solution

LGC Studio’s partnered with St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters, to create an on-location video production featuring interviews that included of the work being done by the honorees of the year’s event “on behalf of the St. Francis Food Pantries. It included their personal stories for a truly human piece that connected with audiences on every level.

The engaging production was designed to be presented at the Awards Tea, but also used across multiple channels in the future.

The Results

The video production was a resounding success, playing a pivotal role in St. Francis Food Pantries & Shelters' Women of Valor event, which raised an impressive $375,000. These funds have been earmarked for critical services, including supplying women's hygiene kits, across their network of more than 40 food banks, food pantries, and shelters. LGC Studios' expertise in creating emotionally engaging content effectively helped St. Francis to not only meet but exceed their fundraising goals for the event.
